The downspouts are always part of that number, never a separate line item. Where you land in the range depends on the size of the home and the length of gutter; larger homes, deep or hard-to-reach runs, and gutter guards can add a bit of labor.
- Bundle discount (about $75 off): when gutter cleaning is booked alongside another service, like a house wash plus gutters, or a roof, house, and gutter combination. Ask about it when you get your estimate.
- Repeat and recurring customer discount (about 10%): for repeat and recurring residential customers, depending on job size. It’s our way of returning the loyalty, not a race to the bottom on price.
